Keith Bryant was raised on a farm in the foothills of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains. His love of music came early and naturally. Although Bryant had to balance his passion for music with the work required to keep the household running, he always found time to practice and learn the guitar. He entered several talent competitions during his teenage years, usually leaving with a trophy and a smile. At the Gospel Teen Convention competition Bryant earned the honor of Best Male Vocalist, and soon after, he began performing with local bands. At age19 he won Best Male Vocalist honors at the East Coast Country Music Championship. Keith found this new and exciting talent and decided to start a band, he named it Ironhorse. The rock band traveled club to club, conquering the south east and created a widely known name for themselves. After touring for a few years, Keith wanted to see if he could make it in the big Leagues of the music business and came to Nashville. Capturing the attention of producers and critics on Music Row, Bryant's first Christmas release What Will Christmas Be, Robert Oermann, music historian and critic for Music Row Magazine commented, “Keith Bryant, whoever you are, my best wishes for your success.” Oermann also awarded Bryant a DISCovery Award and Honorable Mention for his debut of The Secret to Life. When Lofton Creek Records President Mike Borchetta discovered Bryant’s talent, he knew that his voice was a perfect match for a new song Mike had been waiting to find the right person for. As executive producer of the track, Borchetta agreed to release the single and began an especially successful year for Keith. The title track single, “Ridin' with the Legend” was released in March 2004 on Lofton Creek Records. The album features 10 songs dedicated to country music and the NASCAR Scene. The release of the first single has been a phenomenon for Keith Bryant, maintaining airplay on country radio for more than 10 months. “Ridin' with the Legend” has become an anthem for country enthusiasts and race fans everywhere, propelling Bryant into the country spotlight and giving him his first Billboard charted single. Signing with a New Label in 2006, S+S Mack Records, The release of his 2007, 10 track album Live it slow is expected to be highly successful for Keith Bryant. With having the most talented songwriters in Nashville work with this album, Bobby E. Boyd, John Edwards, Troy McConnel, Stephony Smith, Brett James, Dillon Dixon, Jeffrey Steele, Randy Boudreaux, and Donnie Keys there is no room for failure. On the release of Keith’s second single “She Danced”, Keith will be starting a summer Radio/ club tour in Texas, then heading to the mid-east, and finishing up in the south east.
